30-Day Risk-Free Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Sugar Cube golf balls, you may return all 27 balls within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at info@sugargolf.com.au with your order number and intention to return the product.
Return Process

Contact info@sugargolf.com.au within 30 days of purchase.

Ship all 27 balls in their original packaging to Sugar Golf Australia within 7 days of notification. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. No return labels are provided.

Provide the shipment tracking number to support@sugargolf.com.au.

Once the returned product is received, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products
All other products or purchases are final sale unless otherwise specified. Sugar Golf Australia reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at info@sugargolf.com.au. We will provide instructions for returning or replacing the item.
Shipping Risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order leaves our fulfillment centre. If your shipment is damaged or lost during transit, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier.
